Well-known techniques are used in the production of PVC badges.
Here, different PVC materials are superimposed on top of each other and created into a sandwich with brass tools and the use of pressure, heat and high-frequency technology.
Then the parts are cut or punched, coated with coloured lacquer and possibly printed.
The part is then brought into shape.
This could mean forming it into a slide-on loop or shoulder flap, or applying Velcro material to the back.
