Flat and hollow braids

These flat and hollow braids, also produced by us, are manufactured on our own production facilities.
Standard machines use 16, 24, or 32 bobbins.
Here, the material is wound multiple times.
The materials we often use for the sheathing include rayon, cotton, artificial silk, foil yarns, metallic yarns, and even fine wires.
The range of colors is nearly limitless.
The customer's design or personal taste is crucial here.
Flat braids are produced as flat structures on a bobbin machine, while hollow braids are initially made as round structures without any internal core.
A hollow braid is later flattened using a corresponding flattening device.
Typically, flat and hollow braids are used for uniform effects, such as trimming collars or sleeves.
