Braid carrying straps

The braid carrying straps, also known as saber carrying straps, were originally used to attach the saber to the field belt.
As fewer and fewer people carry sabers, but the tradition remains, there are fewer customers who adorn themselves with these very beautiful items.
The braid carrying strap is made from colored leather onto which silver- or gold-colored braids are sewn.
The leather loop is used for threading the braid carrying strap onto the field belt, and the chain with the snap hook is used to attach the saber to it.
This product is still more commonly found in South American countries.
Therefore, there are variations where the braid is made with national patterns of the respective country, such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, etc.
