Headgear

Most of today's headgear is historically accented.
We distinguish between four different types:

Summer hats
These hats are made from ribbon or similar materials, making them generally smooth.
For this reason, the hat is usually single-colored but remains very popular among women.
The hostesses of Lufthansa wear the pillbox "with great pride" today.

"Schiffchen"
The elongated headgear can be sewn from common uniform fabrics.
For decoration and embellishment, we use soutache, piping, embroidery, and braid ribbons.
We create the structure of the decoration according to customer preferences.
Military units in Europe still use the "Schiffchen."
In Asia, one can find particularly beautiful and colorful "Schiffchen."

Berets
Berets are knitted items made from high-quality wool.
Sometimes synthetic elements are used in the knitting process.
The beret is made with an inner lining and a corresponding cord, as well as a finish, usually made of leather.
To accommodate the beret emblem, supports and covers are placed on the inside.
For example, the Belgian and German armies use high-quality berets in daily service.

Caps
This is a classic form of hat and is still used worldwide today.
It typically combines uniform fabrics and newer materials.
A classic cap consists of many elements.
For example, hand-embroidered cap insignia or cap badges can enhance its appearance.
Metal buttons and cap bands are also possible, and in most cases, cap bands are added.
