Efficient Spinning:
High-Speed Processing for Versatile Metal Yarns and Finishing Options

With a speed of 6,000 revolutions per minute, a wire spool races around a textile thread, enveloping the thread so that the core is no longer visible on the surface.
120 lanes run simultaneously in our spinning department according to this pattern.
A slight humming sound pervades this part of the production. Depending on whether it is a flattened or round wire, a shiny or matte metal yarn is produced.
Silver-plated yarns can later be gilded in our in-house electroplating with a layer of 3, 5, or 7 grams of gold per kilogram of yarn.
The possibilities are thus very diverse.
